The name Wu Ji Gong means, Primordial as in "no boundaries",
literally before Yin and Yang, therefore before Tai Chi,
(as Tai Chi deals with poles, Yin and Yang).
So Wu Ji is the father of Tai Chi. You can generate more nervous
system energy from Wu Ji Gong than Tai Chi. Therefore you become
healthier quicker and stay that way longer with less work and practice space.
